1. Package Inclusions & Validity Package Structure:

All promotional pricing applies strictly to the purchase of a 1-hour for 4 sessions + Add-on Package.
Expiration Date: All packages are valid for 6 months starting from the exact date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this 6-month period will be automatically forfeited.

2. Transferability & Refunds Transfer Policy:

Package sessions are fully transferable to another person. You may share your sessions with friends or family members.
Refund Policy: All package purchases are strictly non-refundable.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, & Late Arrivals Appointment Booking:

Advanced booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date, time, and therapist.
Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in that session being deducted from your package balance.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at its original designated time so that the next client is not delayed. The full session rate or package credit will still apply, and no extensions or discounts will be given for lost time.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer Client Responsibility:

Massage therapies—including Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Cupping, and treatments utilizing CBD or Red Light—may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions.
Prior Consultation: Clients must inform their therapist of any physical ailments, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before their session begins.
