A type of therapy where a practitioner applies pressure to specific points on the feet, based on the principle that these points correspond to different parts of the body and internal organs. By stimulating these reflex points, the therapy aims to promote relaxation, improve blood circulation, relieve stress and pain, and support the body's natural healing processes. A session typically involves seated or reclined positions, focused pressure on the feet, and can be a gentle or intense experience depending on the client's needs.

Technique: This method uses firmer pressure, faster movements, and more vigorous strokes than MLD. It may also incorporate other body-contouring techniques, such as cupping or wood therapy.
Purpose: While it also has detoxifying and anti-inflammatory effects, BLD has a stronger aesthetic focus. It is often performed for body sculpting, contouring, and reducing the appearance of cellulite and bloating.
Results: BLD is known for producing more immediate and visible body-contouring results, which is why it has become popular in the beauty and wellness industry
Promote cellular repair, reduce any remaining inflammation, and enhance collagen production for firmer, smoother skin
-
Technique: MLD uses a gentle, rhythmic, and light touch to stimulate the lymphatic system. The strokes are slow and repeated to encourage lymphatic fluid to move toward the lymph nodes for drainage. No oils or lotions are typically used.
Purpose: The primary goal of MLD is therapeutic and clinical. It is often recommended for medical conditions such as lymphedema, edema (swelling), fibromyalgia, and post-operative recovery, including after cancer surgery.
Results: The benefits of MLD are gradual and include detoxification, immune system support, and a reduction in swelling and fluid retention.
This comprehensive 60-minute treatment pairs a powerful
50-minute lymphatic drainage massage with 10 minutes of restorative red light therapy. After your therapist manually stimulates lymphatic flow in your selected upper or lower body, red light is applied to boost your cells' natural healing process. This combination provides a deeper detoxification and promotes faster tissue repair.
Upper Body Focus: Includes the upper waist, abdomen, and entire back, promoting detoxification and reducing bloating in the torso.
Lower Body Focus: Includes the lower abdomen, hips, buttocks, and back of the legs, helping to reduce swelling and improve circulation in the lower half of the body.
The Session:
50 Minutes: Gentle, rhythmic lymphatic massage focused on either the upper or lower half of your body to help flush toxins and reduce fluid retention.
10 Minutes: Red light therapy applied to the massaged area to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery
Experience a deeper level of healing with our 90-minute full-body treatment.
Your session begins with a gentle, rhythmic 75-minute lymphatic drainage massage to encourage the flow of lymph, flush toxins, and reduce fluid retention throughout your entire body. We then finish with 15 minutes of targeted red light therapy to the massaged areas, maximizing the detoxifying effects and promoting cellular regeneration for a full-body reset.
The Session:
75-Minute Full-Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage: A gentle, relaxing technique that encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout your body, helping to eliminate waste and reduce fluid retention.
15-Minute Red Light Therapy: The session concludes with this powerful, non-invasive light treatment. It works synergistically with the massage by boosting circulation and accelerating cellular repair.
Lymphatic drainage massage offers several benefits, primarily focused on improving the flow of lymph fluid, which helps remove waste and toxins from the body. It can reduce swelling, boost the immune system, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. It can also be beneficial for post-surgical recovery, pain relief, and skin health.
Gentle, light pressure: Unlike deep tissue massage, MLD uses extremely light pressure. The goal is to affect only the superficial lymph vessels located just beneath the skin, not the underlying muscles.
Rhythmic, repetitive motion: The technique involves continuous, wave-like, and repeating strokes that create a push-and-release pressure. This mimics the natural rhythm of the lymphatic system.
