Terms and Conditions:

1. Proof of Membership & Physical Card Verification

• Mandatory Physical Card: Clients must present their official, original physical Maintenance Package Card at check-in for every single visit.

• No Digital Photos/Screenshots: Photos, screenshots, or digital images of the card on a mobile phone will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Service Refusal: Failure to present the actual physical card will result in the suspension of package rates for that session. Standard individual session pricing will apply.

2. Package Validity, Transferability, and Expiration

• 6-Month Window: All prepaid package sessions must be fully redeemed within six (6) months from the initial date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this 6-month period will be automatically forfeited.

• Transferability: Sessions are fully transferable to family or friends.

• Transferred Redemptions: The person redeeming the shared session must hand over the primary account holder's physical package card at check-in. The primary holder must also notify Rajini Thai Massage via phone or email prior to the guest's appointment time.

3. Strict 24-Hour Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Any changes, reschedules, or cancellations to a booked maintenance appointment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to attend a scheduled session entirely, will result in the automatic forfeiture of that specific massage session from the package allocation.

• Late Arrival Session Reductions: Out of respect for succeeding clients, late arrivals will not receive an extension on their appointment time. If a client arrives late, the total session time will be reduced accordingly to fit the remaining booked slot, while still counting as one full deducted session from the package.

4. The "50% Off Your 5th Session" Reward

• Package Tier Locking: The 50% discount applies specifically and exclusively to the 5th session of the consecutive maintenance cycle within that package tier (Combination, Deep Tissue, or Lymphatic Drainage). It cannot be transferred or mixed across different package styles or service times.

5. Governing Law and Business Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are legally governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes or service matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local authority corresponding to our primary physical office at:
